GOALS 1. Students will be able to respond critically to situations and events in history, as well as cross curricular.
Strategies · Continuous use of critical thinking questions encouraging response from students. · Use of primary source material to aid in the interpretation of historical accounts. · Frequent use of compare and contrast/cause and effect questioning and scenarios.
2. Students will be able to Identify and analyze bias and its meaning.
Strategies · Frequent use of, and explanation of, propaganda. · Have students research and interpret propaganda · Have students create their own propaganda · Propaganda assessment.
